69640dc785 Tidy up producer mailer spec

b08a918ba5 Do not check for spaces inside the braces of hash 
This shuts the annoying lint error

Hash attribute should start with one space after the opening brace
Hash attribute should end with one space before the closing brace
```

and it aligns with our existing style. See

c281c67d0e Switch from cancan to cancancan
