Replace custom lookup with default Rails feature
...
Rails renders an error when you try to supply an invalid value. Our code
is safe without an allow-list and the UX doesn't allow you to select an
invalid value.

Use Orders::WorkflowService#complete! and #advance_to_payment in specs to replace code causing Style/NestedModifier rubocop offenses
...
Rewrite the loop "break unless a = order.next! while !order.delivery?" to correct the offenses. Not adding a helper because the change was only needed in a couple of places.

We have only one role, so let's get rid of the unneeded method.
Now we are in a better place to get rid of Spree::Role and replace it
with a simple boolean.
