Remove fixed serialize deprecation from allowed warnings
The "Passing the class as positional argument" warning was suppressed while serialize calls were being updated to use the keyword argument form. Now that the fix is applied, the suppression is no longer needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
