Allow only existing deprecations

* Allow deprecated cache_format_version
* Allow deprecated Rails.application.secrets
* Allow deprecated Passing the class as positional argument
* Allow deprecated alias_attribute with non-attribute targets
* Allow deprecated model aliases
* Allow deprecated action_dispatch.show_exceptions
