Matt-Yorkley 8be18cd05c Add #included and #additional scopes to Spree::Adjustment 
We can now do things like:
```
included_tax = order.adjustments.tax.included.sum(:amount)
additional_tax = order.adjustments.tax.additional.sum(:amount)
```
