David Cook 8d49ad9d18 Update Transifex config for APIv3 
I installed the latest version of the CLI client (1.4.1), and the old config no longer worked. This config contains:
 - o: organisation
 - p: project
 - r: resource

You may need to upgrade your installation:

    tx update
