dcb6f4676d Remove all unnecessary spec_helper require statements 
The `.rspec` file is doing this for us.

ac24725d6c Move mail spec precompile assets for it 
Specs in `spec/lib` don't trigger asset compilation but this particular
spec uses a mailer and needs assets.
