There is a bug in the handling of % values for the "top" CSS property of
the modals. See details here:

The bug was causing the 10% "top" CSS property for the modal to be

This should be changed later and added to the
shared js folder.
At best, the namespacing for yml files should work
just as they work together with ruby, so
