Fix checking if variant tag is enabled
...
variant_tag feature check should happen per enterprise basis, but we
still want super admin to so see variant tag. To do so we check if the
user is amdin or if any of the current user enterprise has variant tag
enable.

...
The cols could have been a lot cleaner with simple classnames, but I preferred to mark up in a way that reveals the purpose (otherwise they could be used for styling).
It doesn't seem to be any faster comparing querySelector('[data]') vs class, or iterating through the dom nodes.

Use consistent translation keys
...
Ensures that the column table names match the names in the selector.
I thought 'there must be a way to set the translation scope once'. With Rails, there's usually a way. Thankfully this one was quite simple. Or is it too much magic.. 🧙

Renames product bulk edit action to index
...
When a user hit cancel while editing a product it took them to the spree
products index page instead of the bulk edit page. The button was part
of a shared view for all resources so changing it's actions were not
readily available.
It was suggested that instead of carrying our own separate controller
action we could just override the index action of the products
controller with the bulk edit functionality instead. This has the
advantage of removing some overrides and allows us to not add
additional overrides in the future.
