3f37554ff9 Add VoucherAdjustmentsController and specs 
Refactor split checkout to use the new controller. But unfortunately
we can't have nested form, so adding a voucher is still handled by
SplitCheckoutController.

a501bc9687 Encapsulate dfc_provider in api routing 
Move /api/v0/dfc_provider to /api/dfc_provider. Before it got redirected
to v0 which caused some errors.

c209be9c17 Clarify params 
Spree::Order.to_param outputs the order *number* (not the id) when used to build URLs. This makes it a bit more explicit.

12f7fc98fa Move payment authorization to StripeController 
This Stripe-payment-authorizing logic is used by backoffice and subscriptions orders (but not the checkout), and was previously being handled by the #show action in Spree::OrdersController. It involves the user being redirected back to OFN after visiting a Stripe URL.

This old gem implemented some functionality for handling nils which is no longer needed, as it's provided natively by Ruby with the &. operator.

aa982fe8df Create a new method to change the lang of the app 
- The old method (link to `?locale=#{l.to_s}`) was not functional for path that already has query params in current path (such as `/user/spree_user/password/edit?reset_password_token=`) ;
 - This seems that the best way to handle this, is to create a new route, new method that effectively set the lang (not the locale actually...) and then redirect_back (ie. using the HTTP_REFERER, with a fallback to `/`)

e209452f8b Make engine routes just prepend to apps routes instead of creating engine routes 
This makes things a bit simpler in terms of routing, we avoid a problem running specs and we can still have the engine routes separated in specific files

a207c6c45f Fix cart page update 
Fixes:

  2) full-page cart viewing the cart updating quantities with insufficient stock available shows the quantities saved, not those submitted
     Failure/Error: @app.call(env)
