Removes #connect.pane files
...
_learn and _connect seem to appear at the top of the homepage (and not as pane). Also, there was some hard coded URLs which seems not to be used, as the translations in the Configuration/Content section seem to work correctly.

Replace Paperclippable ContentConfig
...
The old Paperclip configuration was very clever and easy to use but it
was also a complicated implementation building on the complicated Spree
preference system.
I simplified this with Active Storage, storing simple references to blob
ids and default URLs as backup.

Remove Australian custom homepage content
...
This was activated with a feature toggle. But when we re-implemented the
feature toggles, we accidentally broke this one and it hasn't been
active for two months. Nobody complained and it doesn't seem to be
needed while developers are keen to remove instance-specific
customisations anyway.

Refactoring filter selectors
...
The FilterSelectorsService is now able to create multiple independent
lists of selectors. These lists are explicitly given to the
filter-selector directive.
For example a group's page has one set for the group's producers and one
set for the group's shops.
