d05bb508de Avoid flaky spec by avoiding variable name conflict 
Specs were sharing the same variable and could influence each other.

02ba8c1bf5 Remove side-effect in JS specs via global var 
The code used the global BulkProducts which was shared amongst a group
of specs. Some were resetting the `products` attribute, others weren't
and the product object of one spec was leaking into the next.

One spec was also referencing a wrong attribute and must have passed
accidentally.

a68f9a71fb When items quantities, update sumUnitValues() and sumMaxUnitValues() 
by summing only `quantity` and `max_quantity`

+ update the specs as well

4cdb892c75 Refactor formatting of credit card brand names and reformat automatically when saving 
This little bit of "translation" between what we might receive as input and what ActiveMerchant requires is important, but currently the responsibility for this job is spread all over the code base. It can now just live in the CreditCard model (in one place) and doesn't need to be duplicated anywhere else (like several different places in frontend Javascript!)
