Unify all links to platform Terms of service
...
DRY code and have more consistency. We always use "Terms of service" now
and not "Terms of Service" or "Terms and conditions". The latter is used
for the shop's terms, not the platform terms.

Use config to get logo in mails

Use ContentConfig.footer_logo to get localized logo file instead of
defaut AUS logo.

i18n: Replacing all language strings in app/view/
...
Languages strings were moved to config/locale/en.yml. All views contain
according calls to t() now.
