We need to declare in each spec file for which endpoint the spec is
because it was just choosing the first declared one by default. The
first one was v1 and now it's dfc-v1.7.
This reverts commit 21b80db0ee.
This fix was needed for an old version of the JSON module with a newer
version of Ruby. But we updated the json gem since and don't need this
any more.
So you can easily inspect and activate new features without trying to
use them first. It brings more visibility and will enable us to easily
remove retired features as well.
In Sidekiq v7, this field is not recognised and gets passed through to Redis, which also doesn't recognise it and crashes.
It was added to avoid filling up Redis on dev, but it's actually a Sidekiq pro option which needs to be defined on jobs, so I guess it never worked.

We define it in the dotenv files already which has the advantage of
being overridable. I adjusted the dotenv files to have the same value as
was set before, 30 times `x`.
The S3 class is calling URI.encode which is removed in Ruby 3. By
providing a URI module within the S3 class makes the S3 code call that
module instead.

This isn't nice, but it does the same job as the gem did. We can also update this code now as Rails changes (the gem was incompatible with Rails 7).

Being able to do this is deprecated. Autoloading during initialization is going

That block runs when the application boots, and every time there is a reload.
For historical reasons, it may run twice, so it has to be idempotent.

This construct was previously used in Spree to switch out the user class with a dummy class during certain tests. We don't use this any more, so it's just mess.

Fixes deprecation warnings in Paperclip::UrlGenerator#escape_url
On a side note: we shouldn't be using Paperclip at all, and should migrate to ActiveStorage.
Currently sessions set on (www.openfoodnetwork.xxx) are not usable on the bare domain (openfoonetwork.xxx). When transitioning from one to the other, the user's session is completely lost.
This change means sessions on subdomains (including www) will be transferable.
