Make payment source_views/gateway work with nil credit card

This will happen if user deletes a saved credit card used previously. In this case, the admin payment details page will render empty details and the payment amount

Fix paypal source_form view
...
The previous commit broke the selectors used by app/assets/javascripts/spree/backend/paypal_express.js
in the better_spree_paypal_express gem.
We can remove this override of the paypal source_form view when we update better_spree_paypal_express
to a version that includes the following commit:
