78e42ec664 Show Connected Apps only to enterprise managers 
Super-admins also saw that tab but connecting an app doesn't work unless
you are a manager of that enterprise.

6d2521bf5f Remove Spree.user_class 
This construct was previously used in Spree to switch out the user class with a dummy class during certain tests. We don't use this any more, so it's just mess.

A permits B
B permits A

Manager for A and B enterprises can delete the two relations.

Update specs as well

1d5077061e Remove andand 
This old gem implemented some functionality for handling nils which is no longer needed, as it's provided natively by Ruby with the &. operator.

ecd433b343 Update permissions on adjustments 
The previous permissions assumed that an adjustment's "adjustable" could only be only line items or orders, and that's no longer true. It's now commonly a shipment or a payment as well.
